Yes! Coupaw is proud to announce we are now servicing locations internationally! Please note that not all deals will be eligible for shipment internationally. Not shipping internationally? Check out our Frequently Asked Questions – USA page if you are shipping to the US.
Coupaw is super easy! Simply click on the deal you like to fetch it and add the item to your cart. If there are multiple deals you want to purchase, add as many as you’d like to your cart. When you are finished, click on your cart to easily checkout.
Coupaw offers 3 different types of deals:

Product Deal: This is where Coupaw offers a deal on a product (toy, treat, chew, clothing, accessory, etc) and all you need to do is complete the purchase on There is no redemption process for our product sales – simply add to cart, checkout and finalize your purchase and you’re done! We’ll do the rest of the work! Products will deliver in a few business days. You may check the “Fine Print” section of each deal to view the estimated delivery time frame for that product.

Voucher Deal: This is where Coupaw offers a deal that requires redemption of a voucher code at a different website. Also referred to as a “Coupon” deal. You will purchase the deal on Coupaw and we will email you instructions as to how to finalize your purchase on our partner’s website.

Local Deal: This is where Coupaw offers a deal that requires you to print your Voucher (aka Coupon) and bring it to your local store or service provider.
Nope. If you are interested in the deal just simply add it to your cart.
Absolutely not! Both CAT & DOG deals are available on Coupaw. Other types of pet deals will be available in the near future as well.
This is now possible! Please login to your account and edit your email settings so that we know to only send you deals for the pet type of your choice.
No – If you like a deal and you want to purchase it– it’s yours!
Certainly! When checking out you will simply provide the shipping address for the recipient and we will send him/her the product. For voucher deals, any voucher codes or redemption instructions will be emailed to the Coupaw Account associated with that purchase.
Absolutely not! There are no fees to join Coupaw. You are only charged when you buy something on the site. You will never be charged to browse our selection of pet deals.
All purchases completed at are charged at the time of Checkout.
Coupaw accepts AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal. Coupaw does not accept giftcards.

If you purchase a local deal or voucher deal and it expires you can always redeem it for the amount paid. For more information about expiration dates and voucher values, read our Terms of Sale page.
Creating an account with Coupaw allows you to keep all of your vouchers in one safe place. You can easily track, access and print all of your past purchases through your account. Also, if you fill in your profile and tell us a little bit more about yourself and your pet(s), we can send you the most relevant Coupaw deals with more incredible savings.
Unless it is specified as part of the deal, you cannot combine your Coupaw with any other coupons or vouchers. With each order, there is a limit of one (1) voucher per redemption, unless the merchant has specifically granted you permission to do otherwise.
Never – we pride ourselves in finding high quality treats, chews, and pet food products for our deals and will never risk offering a deal from food products made in China.
Of course! If you are shipping to the USA then you may select any deals which are available on Coupaw. Orders are referenced by their shipping address, so if you are shipping an item to the USA it is referred to as a “USA Order”, and if you are shipping an item internationally then it’s considered an “INTERNATIONAL Order”. Any items being shipping to the USA are not subject to any international duties and taxes.
Each of the deals we feature on Coupaw is different, and will have its own shipping charge, if any. Shipping charges will always be specified within the Deal Fine Print section of each individual deal. Free shipping deals will always be labeled as such. You will notice a Free Shipping icon for all deals this applies to.
Shipping cost for any order shipping internationally will be determined by the total weight of the items you are purchasing. We will provide you with your shipping cost at checkout. Please note that heavier/bulkier items are more expensive to ship. International Shipping costs start at approximately $10 for items under one pound. Unfortunately, there is no tracking available for orders that ship to Canada/Internationally.
For International orders, packages typically arrive within 2 to 4 weeks of shipping date, depending on Customs handling. Enjoy an everyday flat shipping rate of $12.95 on your international order. Taxes & Duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Canadian shipments will be fulfilled through Landmark. What about USA Shipments?
A great majority of our products will ship from one of our fulfillment centers in Reno, NV or Wallingford, CT, however some of the products we feature will ship to you directly from the respective manufacturer/vendor of that product and will come from their fulfillment centers.
In most cases, yes, you will receive all of your items together in one package. However, in instances where an item is backordered or awaiting stock, we will ship items as they are available in partial shipments. Additionally, in cases of a manufacturer/vendor sending product directly, you may receive separate parcels for one order. These processes are in place so that you receive your items as quickly as possible.
Absolutely- we never actually store your Credit Card info; only does.
Our stores collect and pay sales tax in some states as required by law. If sales tax is applicable to your order it will be calculated and shown during check-out. As of 2016, sales tax will be collected in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, IL, MI, MN, NJ, NY, PA, SD, TX, UT, WA.
We process all payments in US Dollars. Throughout the Checkout process we will display your order total in US Dollars but below this you will always see the estimate in CAN Dollars. We will always display this estimate so you will have an idea of what the final charge will be in CAN currency. Please note that this estimate is based off the real time exchange rate during the Checkout process. Your credit card company will ultimately use the exchange rate at the point of purchase, which may vary slightly from our provided estimate.
